By agreeing to this policy you acknowledge that your vehicle(s) are licensed and insured, that you will not conduct repairs or hire 3rd parties to perform repairs on premises, that you are not carrying any hazardous/contaminated/petroleum-based/radioactive materials, and that NTX ParkIt and its affiliates, subsidiaries or related parties is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to your vehicle(s) or your person while at our parking facilities. You further agree to pay any and all sums relating to any towing, locking (a fee of $150 for boot removal), impounding of your vehicle(s). Furthermore, you also agree to pay for any and all damage inflicted on NTX ParkIt and its affiliates, subsidiaries or related parties property regardless of whether or not you are still occupying the facility or are still a customer. You authorize NTX ParkIt to charge your card or account when your vehicles are on our lot and your time has expired at our daily rate. You agree that we may charge you for any additional vehicles or for parking in more than one space without notice. You agree to opt-in to NTX ParkIt emails and SMS/text messages. This lease agreement may be terminated by violating one or more of these terms & conditions, or at any time without notice. Rates are subject to change without notice. Refunds may be made at the sole discretion of NTX ParkIt. There is a 10 day cancellation policy for monthly customers. Should you not cancel 10+ days before the end of the month the customer will be charged for an additional month. Should your payment be declined for any reason, you agree to a $100 declined payment charge per parking space rented. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NTX ParkIt and its affiliates, subsidiaries or related parties from and against any loss, cost, liability or damage of any kind (including reasonable outside attorneys' fees) resulting from our facilities, employees or 3rd party vendors. You agree to abide by any and all rules additionally posted on signage at the listed address below and at ntxparkit.com.
